Ann is a partner at Cruzan, overseeing finance and operations across the platform. She provides strategic oversight of the company’s financial management while working closely with the corporate controller on technical execution. In addition, Ann directs the firm’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company objectives. Prior to joining Cruzan over 20 years ago, Ann spent three years as a financial analyst with Red Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Red Capital Group. Ann graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. She was the recipient of the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship Award for Excellence within the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and was also a four-year member, and team captain, of USD’s NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball team.
