Ashley oversees property management operations for select assets within Cruzan’s Class A Office portfolio in Los Angeles.  During her 8-year tenure at Cruzan, she has been instrumental in the operations of the Cruzan Amenities and Alma arms of the company.  In the Cruzan Amenities role, Ashley has overseen the various fitness and food offerings at select assets in the portfolio.  In her role with Alma, she is focused on ESG efforts across the Cruzan portfolio, particularly as it relates to social engagement at the property and community level. Ashley has experience in marketing and customer service having worked at Red Bull North America and Omni Resorts. Ashley is a graduate of California State University San Marcos and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing.
