Jack works with the acquisition team, identifying and underwriting new opportunities in Southern California. Additionally, he assists in the asset management of current assets within the portfolio, particularly with the Los Angeles projects. Prior to Cruzan, Jack spent over 2 years as an analyst for Eastdil Secured. In his role at Eastdil, he underwrote investment sales and debt placements for office, industrial, and retail deals across the country. Jack graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
