Roger provides property management services for Wilshire & Palm and 1800 North Highland. He brings a broad real estate background to Cruzan with experience working in the multi-family, retail, industrial, and Class A office sectors. Prior to joining Cruzan, Roger worked at Douglas Emmett as an assistant property manager and Rexford Industrial as a portfolio administrator. He has also spent time as a loan servicing analyst at a FinTech real estate start-up and underwriting multi-family properties. Roger served four years in the United States Marine Corps as a generator mechanic and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
