Located on a 1.88 acre parcel, Roselle-Dunhill is an office conversion of two flex/R&D buildings totaling 28,500 square feet. The redevelopment included an exterior, interior and landscape retrofit to create a creative, open-space environment. Exterior renovations included new glass systems, operable glass grade-level roll-up doors, industrial-style lighting, signage and site enhancements. Interior renovations emphasize "raw" and "green" materials/finishes. Completed in 2007 as a prototype, this project was Cruzan's first conversion of an industrial building into contemporary office spec suites built to accommodate tenants with small to medium square footage requirements (+/-1,000 - 8,000 SF).
