While Cruzan’s approach is targeted to special assets to which Cruzan can add its “x factor,” we are flexible relative to the menu of services provided and to the product types, e.g. office, flex-industrial, retail, multi-family, mixed-use, etc. Cruzan is actively seeking strategic and complementary roles that fit our unique approach to real estate.
