Jana is a seasoned finance and asset management professional who oversees corporate controller and asset management functions for Cruzan. She plays a key role in guiding the firm’s financial operations and optimizing asset performance, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to her work. Prior to joining Cruzan, Jana spent over seven years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Analysis Associate, where she partnered with capital markets teams on complex office and retail transactions. Earlier in her career, she served as Corporate Controller at Burnham Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield), where she strengthened financial oversight and operational efficiency. Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
