Jim provides leasing and asset management services for Cruzan’s Carlsbad assets. He also spearheads Cruzan Amenities, directing fitness and food operations as well as ensuring these offerings are high-level and consistent across the portfolio. Jim has sales and marketing experience in several industries and was the general manager of a New York restaurant from 2008 to 2012. Jim attended Tufts University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics; he was also a member of the NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse team.
